Good day! Please be informed that for qualified applicants whose deadline for the submission of enrollment and medical requirements falls on June 12, 2026 (Philippines' Independence Day), the submission deadline has been extended to June 19, 2026.

Please note that there will be no office operations on June 12, 2026. As such, the submission of requirements at the guard house will not be allowed on that date.

Applicants may submit their requirements during office hours from June 15 to June 19, 2026.

Those who have not yet completed their requirements are advised to comply on or before June 19, 2026.
