Relive the meaningful moments from the Community School Supply Drive conducted last June 8, 2026, by the graduating students of Batch 2025โ2026.
With a shared commitment to serve and give back to the community, the graduating batch successfully provided school supplies to 229 elementary pupils from Matugnao Elementary School, Simasay Elementary School, Owayan Elementary School, and Sicot Elementary School. Through this initiative, young learners were equipped with essential learning materials as they prepare for another academic year.
This outreach activity reflects the values of compassion, leadership, and social responsibility demonstrated by the graduating students. Today, June 8, 2026, graduating students of Batch 2025-2026 successfully conducted a Community School Supply Drive, extending support to 229 elementary pupils from four barangays in preparation for the opening of classes.
The initiative benefited Grade 1 to Grade 6 learners from Matugnao Elementary School with 37 beneficiaries, Simasay Elementary School with 90 beneficiaries, Owayan Elementary School with 51 beneficiaries, and Sicot Elementary School with 51 beneficiaries.
Through the distribution of school supplies, the graduating students demonstrated their commitment to service and community engagement, helping provide essential learning materials to young learners. The activity aimed to lessen the financial burden on families while encouraging pupils to pursue their education with confidence and enthusiasm.
The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the support. The school supply drive stands as a testament to the graduating batchโs dedication to making a meaningful impact beyond the classroom and leaving a legacy of generosity and social responsibility within the community.

Walk-ins are accomodated daily, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 AM
to 4:00 PM at 2nd Floor, TCGC Main Bldg.

DEADLINE OF GRADUATING CLEARANCE SUBMISSION:
JUNE 19, 2026
All graduating students are advised to complete and submit their clearance requirements on or before the deadline.
NO CLEARANCE,
NO GRADUATION PROCESSING

The Office of Student Life and Development will open clearance signing for the Final Examinations at the TCGC Bleachers tomorrow, May 18, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Additionally, the requirements for clearance signing have been posted on the SRO Federation and Supreme Student Council bulletin boards located near the Office of Student Life and Development (OSLD).
Important Reminders:
Failure to comply with the listed requirements may result in sanctions. Students are strongly advised to prepare their documents ahead of the scheduled signing.
There will be no priority lane for interns, ROTC officers, student leaders, class officers, GANDAW members, student assistants, and TORCH members. However, PWDs are exempted and will be given priority in line.
Interns will be accommodated starting at 5:00 PM onwards. Those arriving during their official duty hours (8:00 AMโ4:00 PM) will not be given priority.
