𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Incoming first-year and transferee students: Follow these steps to complete your pre-enrollment:

Step 1. Retrieve your admission code: http://tcgcat.gadtc.edu.ph/
Access your TCGCAT account to retrieve your admission code prior to pre-registration.

Step 2. Login to the admission portal: http://admission.gadtc.edu.ph/
Login as “New/Transferee” using your TCGCAT email and your admission code as your password.

Step 3. Read the instructions for pre-registration
Once logged in, carefully read and follow the instructions provided to proceed with the pre-registration process.

Step 4. Accomplish Form #1 (Admission Portal)
Fill out the information sheet accurately.

Step 5. Institute Approval (On-site Process)
After filling out the form, proceed to your respective institute for approval. Once approved, your student ID will appear in your admission portal.

Step 6. Accomplish Form #2 (Student Portal)
Login to http://mygadtc.gadtc.edu.ph/login and fill out the form. You can use your personal device to access the site and complete the form, or you can go to the Computer Laboratory for assistance.

Step 7. You’ve finished pre-enrollment!
After accomplishing Form #2, you may now proceed to enrollment at the Office of the College Registrar.

OUT NOW: TCGCAT BATCH 3 RESULTS 📩

We are pleased to announce the successful examinees of the TCGC Admission Test (Batch 3) for Academic Year 2026–2027. Batch 3 results that were released earlier are integrated into this list.

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 | 𝐀𝐁 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲
Qualified applicants for AB English are required to take the EFSET English Language Proficiency Test and undergo an interview with their institute.

𝐈𝐂𝐉𝐄 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 (Batch 3)
Batch 3 qualified applicants for BS Criminology and BS Industrial Security Management are required to undergo the Agility Test and Institute Interview as part of the admission process.

After the agility test, which starts at 9 AM, the applicants will proceed with their interview. As such, applicants are reminded to:
• Bring their clothes for the interview;
• Bring their requirements for enrollment.

Hello, future Lux Mundis!

A quick reminder to all freshies that enrollment will officially begin next week, June 22, 2026. Qualified applicants who have already accomplished their institute interview and/or test may proceed with the enrollment process.

Please note that to prioritize the enrollment of our incoming first-year students, our office will suspend TCGCAT administration from June 22–26, 2026. No test applicants will be accommodated during this week.

Batch 3 qualified applicants for programs under the Institute of Health Sciences and the Institute of Teacher Education are required to take part of the Institute Interview as part of the admission process.

We are pleased to announce the successful examinees of the TCGC Admission Test for BS Computer Science (Batch 3) for Academic Year 2026–2027.

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 | 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬

Batch 3 qualified applicants for BS Computer Science are scheduled for their institute interview and orientation. Batch 1 and 2 qualified applicants who weren’t able to join the previous interview and orientation schedule are encouraged to attend this June 19.

Please take note that applicants need to undergo the institute interview and orientation in order to secure their slot in the program and to be eligible for enrollment.
