📊 Grade Requirements:
• English – 85 and above
• Filipino – 85 and above
• General Weighted Average (GWA) – 88 and above

📄 Documentary Requirements:
• Accomplished SPJ Form
• Photocopy of Report Card
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate

📥 Submission of Requirements:
Applicants may submit their documentary requirements through the dropbox located at the CRHS guard house or coordinate via the SPJ CRHS page.
