On this meaningful occasion of your Second Anniversary as University President, the entire TAU community proudly celebrates your strategic and forward-looking leadership. In just two years, you have steered TAU closer to its vision of becoming “one of the leading and globally recognized smart agricultural universities,” as reflected in prestigious international and local recognitions.

Through your leadership, TAU has continued to expand its impact, strengthen its reputation, and embrace innovation, inspiring the entire University community to reach greater heights.

Your presidency has truly embodied TAU's mission "to produce highly competent individuals who empower communities through inclusive quality education, impactful research, responsive extension, sustainable production, and good governance with unwavering integrity." Among your major accomplishments are securing a Commission on Audit’s (COA) Unmodified Opinion, achieving Certificates of Program Compliance (COPC) for various programs, advancing accreditation levels, and successfully conducting audits of key programs.

Moreover, your administration has forged continuing partnerships with government agencies and private organizations, opening more doors for research funding, academic opportunities, and community extension projects that directly benefit Tarlaqueños and beyond.

Guided by the core values of Resilience, Agility, Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence, you have led TAU through challenges with compassion and determination. As you mark this second year, the entire TAU family extends its profound gratitude for your servant-leadership, integrity, and tireless service.

Congratulating the awardees during the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) - Laboratory School (LS) recognition program, University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson emphasizes that while their medals and honors reflect discipline, resilience, and integrity, true leadership is not about the recognition worn on their chests. Instead, he stresses that leadership is defined by how they serve, uplift others, and carry the values learned within the University into the wider world.

Dr. Salunson also highlights that the TAU-LS is not merely a training ground for future educators, but living proof of TAU’s commitment to educational excellence, a place where theory meets practice, and where cultivating intellect, values, and leadership happens alongside cultivating the land.
