Grade 11 STEM showcased their artistic side in their Personal Development class by creating a tree symbolizing Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs using nature’s own materials. The roots represent physiological needs as life’s foundation, the branches signify safety and love that support growth, the leaves symbolize esteem and self-worth, and the flowers embody self-actualization — the full bloom of one’s potential.
Applying the concept of DELEGATION in Organization and Management. Grade 12-GAS Learners were able to perform the principles of Delegation through a role-playing in which they portrayed the elements of Delegation. By stepping into the different roles, learners were able to internalize the concept of Delegation, which leads to a deeper understanding of the topic.
