Empowering Trainees Through Artificial Intelligence

Two comprehensive Career Counseling Sessions were conducted by UrduAI for the trainees of Industrial Garments Beautician and Culinary Arts (Morning & Afternoon Sessions) at CoE TTC Hub adopted and managed by SZABIST ZABTech (iTVE).

The sessions introduced trainees to the practical and productive use of Artificial Intelligence tools in Urdu highlighting how emerging technologies can support entrepreneurship business growth and career development.

Key highlights included:
✅ Building websites and mobile applications using AI tools for business branding.
✅ Generating innovative business ideas and digital business models.
✅ Enhancing productivity and creativity through AI-assisted tools to promote self employment opportunities.

The sessions encouraged participants to embrace technology, leverage AI for professional advancement and stay competitive in the evolving job market.

𝐒𝐙𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐙𝐀𝐁𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐌𝐨𝐔) 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐱 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 a prominent HR consultancy firm and training service provider. The partnership aims to strengthen human capital development through industry-relevant training programs, capacity-building initiatives, and workforce readiness activities.

The MoU was signed by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐖𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫 (𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, SZABIST ZABTech) and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐊𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐡 (𝐂𝐄𝐎, 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐱 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬) in the presence of 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡 (Program Manager, SZABIST ZABTech), 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐦 (𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 Linkages, SZABIST ZABTech) and Mr. Saad Ahmed Khan (Operations Team Lead, Logix Solutions).

Under this collaboration, Logix Solutions will support SZABIST ZABTech in addressing the placement needs of its trainees by leveraging its extensive industry network. The partnership will also facilitate local and overseas employment opportunities, enabling graduates to access diverse career pathways and enhance their professional prospects.

SZABIST ZABTech and the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) signed an MoU to provide technical and vocational training to 50 recovered drug addicts referred by the ANF Model Addiction Treatment & Rehabilitation Centre (MATRC), with the support of SZABIST Foundation.

The MoU was signed by Lieutenant Colonel Shakir Ullah Khan, Deputy RD Commander, ANF Sindh, and Ms. Waheeda Mahesar, Executive Director, SZABIST ZABTech, in the presence of Brigadier Omer Farooq, Commander ANF Sindh, Group Captain Muhammad Amjad Khan (R), Project Director BS-ANF-MATRCs Sindh, and members of the ZABTech team.

This initiative aims to equip beneficiaries with market-relevant skills, enabling them to rebuild their lives and pursue sustainable livelihood opportunities.

In remembrance of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, SZABIST BoG Office and SZABIST Archive Department organized a cake-cutting ceremony to mark the 73rd Birth Anniversary of SMBB, joined by representatives from the SZABIST Board Members, SZABIST University, ZABTech, and the ZAB-Ed Directorate.

A tribute was paid to the Founding Chancellor of SZABIST and the first woman Prime Minister of Pakistan. Her vision, courage, and lifelong commitment to democracy, education, and women’s empowerment continue to inspire generations.

He shared valuable insights on freelancing career pathways industry trends and the skills needed to succeed in the creative world.

The interactive session empowered students to explore new opportunities and confidently shape their professional futures.

Final assessment of trainees under the 𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐏 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 was successfully conducted at 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐫'𝐬. The assessment aimed to evaluate the knowledge practical competencies and overall performance of participants who successfully completed the Solar Photovoltaic and AC Refrigeration courses.
