Brothers and sisters, we have a verified case of a family currently facing an incredibly difficult trial. Having exhausted all their savings, they are now in a position where they genuinely qualify for Zakat. The father is actively seeking employment in the Accounts/Finance sector, while the mother manages the household.

تصور کریں کہ آپ افطاری سے کچھ دیر پہلے کچھ سامان لینے نکلیں اور ایک افطاری دسترخوان پر آپ کا ہمسایہ، دوست یا رشتہ دار اپنی بیوی بچوں سمیت وہاں افطاری کے لیے موجود ہو۔ جو ایک سفید پوش شخص ہو اور اپنی اس قدر مجبوری کو بھی آپ کو نہ بتا سکا مگر اب چونکہ معلوم ہو گیا تو یہ ہماری ذمہ داری ہے کہ ہمیں ان کی مدد کرنی چاہیے۔

ایک ضروری اپیل: ایک ضرورت مند خاندان کی پکار (زکوٰۃ کے مستحق)
"مؤمنوں کی مثال ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ رحم دلی، محبت اور ہمدردی میں ایک جسم کی طرح ہے، جب جسم کے کسی ایک حصے کو تکلیف ہوتی ہے تو پورا جسم بے خوابی اور بخار میں مبتلا ہو کر اس کا ساتھ دیتا ہے۔" (صحیح بخاری: 6011)

ہمارے علم میں ایک ایسا خاندان ہے جو اس وقت آزمائش کی انتہائی مشکل گھڑی سے گزر رہا ہے۔ حالات کی سختی نے ان کی تمام جمع پونجی ختم کر دی ہے اور اب وہ اس مقام پر ہیں جہاں وہ شرعی طور پر زکوٰۃ کے مستحق ہیں۔ گھر کے سربراہ (والد) اکاؤنٹس اور فنانس کے شعبے میں ملازمت کی بھرپور تلاش میں ہیں۔
عید قریب ہے، اور ایسے مشکل وقت میں ہماری چھوٹی سی کوشش ان معصوم بچوں کے چہروں پر مسکراہٹ اور اس پریشان حال خاندان کے لیے سکون کا باعث بن سکتی ہے۔

آپ کیسے مدد کر سکتے ہیں؟
1۔ مالی تعاون: کوئی بھی رقم چھوٹی نہیں ہوتی۔ چاہے وہ 10 روپے ہوں، 100 یا 1000، اللہ کی راہ میں دیا گیا آپ کا یہ "قرضِ حسنہ" ان کی زندگی میں بڑی تبدیلی لا سکتا ہے۔

2۔ ملازمت کا ذریعہ: اگر آپ کے علم میں اکاؤنٹس یا فنانس کے شعبے میں کوئی نوکری ہو تو ضرور بتائیں۔ ایک باپ کو باعزت روزگار دلوانا صدقہ جاریہ کی بہترین صورت ہے۔

Goals are output. Systems are input.

Most people focus on the outcome (lose 10kg, write a book, build a business).
However, outcomes happen when you focus on the SYSTEM:

→ Vision (why it matters to who you are)
→ Structure (time, trigger, tiny action, tracking)
→ Behavior (small, consistent, 80% is enough)

Your brain is only playing catch-up. IT NEEDS A SYSTEM ⚙️

The brain doesn't run on motivation. It runs on patterns and triggers.
When you build the right structure, follow-through becomes automatic.

The one reason goals fail: Lack of STRUCTURE. ⛓️

Pause & reflect: Which component are you missing?
• Vision? (No emotional pull)
• Structure? (No clear system)
• Behavior? (Trying too much)

Remember: Identity-level change is permanent. Behavior-level change is temporary.
You don't "try to exercise more." You BECOME someone who exercises.
After 10-20 repetitions, your brain believes: "This is who I am now." Affirmations help.

Final question: Are you willing to pick ONE goal, build your operating system, and show up 5 out of 7 days this week?
