All human life matters and experience different changes in their lifespan and mostly this refers to transgender people. When a child is born, it has no idea about gender, or what it means being a boy or a girl. The doctors announce on the basis of their external organs whether the child is male or female and the rest is upon the parents and the society who contributes in teaching these lessons that blue color is for boys and pink for girls. And when they are grown-ups they are taught about masculine and feminine expression. But gender is far more of a spectrum. It has nothing to do with these binary terms. Transgender are identified along this spectrum. Transgender experiences discrimination issues which affects both work and health-care. Their first rejection comes from their own home starting from their parents. Parents disown their child and transgender have to suffer alone. People need family support to thrive. It’s obvious without family and friends support transgender survival become difficult.

Ending the Gender Biases-transHumans
This trans community has experienced the discrimination (physical, institutional and societal)
Researches give proof that tr*******al network living in Pakistan face outrageous type of social rejection fundamentally in view of antagonistic demeanor of individuals towards them. Oppressive exploitation, institutional segregation, physical/obnoxious attack, constrained s*x at the young age and absence of help from the family and network all have the potential for sizeable consequences for the unsafe practices; including high paces of self- destructive ideation/endeavors in tr*******al, selling s*x and drug abuse.
The binary gender definitions serve the purpose of the dominant majority and hence, the third gender, the transgender, do not fit in the binary gender mainstream. The struggle for mainstreaming the transgender persons is an on-going phenomenon around the world. However, their full-fledged acceptance into the gender code remains to be achieved. So our main aim is to spread awareness among humans of our society to accept this third gender as Humans and to eradicate social rejection that trans community has to face throughout their lives.
