One of the most inspiring moments of the Inclusive Education Training (Phase-IV) was the reflection shared by Mr. Rajib Ali Jalbani, Chairman of the School Management Committee (SMC) of GBPS Yaro Jalbani, Taluka Ratodero, District Larkana, and father of District Education Officer (Primary), Mr. Anees-ur-Rehman Jalbani. Despite being the father of the District Education Officer, Mr. Rajib Ali Jalbani attended the training as an ordinary participant without seeking any special privilege, setting a remarkable example of humility, commitment, and respect for the learning process.

During his reflection, he shared the inspiring journey of GBPS Yaro Jalbani, a school that has transformed the lives of countless individuals in the surrounding communities. He proudly recalled that the school initially operated in a mosque in 1955, then in Otaq and later shifted to a simple chapra (hut), and eventually acquired its own school building in 1990 through the collective efforts of the community and education department. He further highlighted that this very school has produced numerous distinguished professionals, including education officers, teachers, doctors, Election Commission officers, and other public servants, demonstrating the life-changing impact of quality education on generations of learners.

Mr. Rajib Ali Jalbani also shared with pride that Mr. Anees-ur-Rehman Jalbani himself received his early education from this school and later returned to serve as a teacher on volunteering basis in 2000 before rising to the position of District Education Officer. His journey stands as a powerful testament to how community schools can nurture future leaders who give back to society.

Concluding his reflection, he emphasized that inclusive education is not merely about enrolling every child but about ensuring that each learner is welcomed, respected, supported, and provided with equal opportunities to learn and succeed. He encouraged all participants to work collectively so that every school becomes a place where no child is left behind.
