انتہائی افسوسناک ہے کہ جب دیگر تمام پیشے ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن ہیں، نرسنگ کو پیچھے دھکیلا جا رہا ہے۔ یہ پسپائی پر مبنی اقدام رجسٹرڈ نرسز کی قدر گھٹاتا ہے اور ایک خطرناک مثال قائم کرے گا جس کے نتیجے میں RNs کو BPS-6 کی سطح پر لایا جائے گا۔

ایسے اقدامات پیشے پر دھبہ ہیں اور کمزور، نااہل قیادت کا براہِ راست نتیجہ ہیں۔ ہم اس اشتہار کی فوری واپسی اور نظرثانی کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔

ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال جھنگ میں نرسنگ طلبہ اور ڈاکٹر کے مابین پیش آنے والے تنازع پر تحقیقات ہونا لازم تھیں، مگر افسوس کہ نرسنگ کالج کی پرنسپل شہناز کوثر کو عہدے سے ہٹا دیا گیا۔

نرسنگ طلبہ کے تحفظات سننے کی بجائے ان کی نمائندگی کرنے والی سربراہ کے خلاف ایکشن لینا، نرسنگ کمیونٹی کے ساتھ سراسر ناانصافی ہے۔ یہ عمل طلبہ اور قیادت کے درمیان امتیازی سلوک کو واضح کرتا ہے۔

ہم پرزور مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ فوری طور پر غیر جانبدار اور شفاف تحقیقات کروائی جائیں تاکہ دودھ کا دودھ اور پانی کا پانی ہو سکے۔

نرسنگ طلبہ کے حقوق، وقار اور تعلیم کے محفوظ ماحول پر کسی صورت سمجھوتہ نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
