اہم اطلاع برائے امیدواران: انٹرمیڈیٹ پاس طالبات اسکالرشپ پروگرام

تمام امیدواروں کو دوبارہ مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ تمام امیدوار جو درج ذیل اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا نہیں اترتے، تو وہ اسکالرشپ کے لیے اہل نہیں ہے۔

اہلیت کے لیے درج ذیل شرائط کا پورا ہونا لازمی ہے:

* درخواست گزار کی عمر درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ تک 22 سال یا اس سے کم ہو۔
* درخواست گزار نے میٹرک یا مساوی امتحان میں کم از کم 55 فیصد نمبر حاصل کیے ہوں۔
* درخواست گزار نے انٹرمیڈیٹ یا مساوی امتحان میں کم از کم 55 فیصد نمبر حاصل کیے ہوں۔
* انٹرمیڈیٹ یا مساوی امتحان کا مکمل اور حتمی نتیجہ جاری ہو چکا ہو؛ Hope Certificate یا زیرِ التواء نتیجہ قابلِ قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
* کیمبرج سسٹم کے امیدواروں کے لیے A-Level (A1 اور A2) کا مکمل اور حتمی نتیجہ دستیاب ہونا ضروری ہے۔
* درخواست گزار بلوچستان کا مقامی (Local) اور ڈومیسائل ہولڈر ہو۔
مذکورہ بالا معیار پر پورا اترنا ہر امیدوار کے لئے لازمی ہے۔ اگر کسی بھی مرحلے پر یہ معلوم ہو جائے کہ امیدوار مقررہ اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا نہیں اترتا تو اس کی درخواست منسوخ تصور ہوگی۔

واضح رہے کہ درخواست کا جمع ہونا، اسٹیٹس کا Active ہونا، رول نمبر سلپ کا اجراء، ٹیسٹ میں شرکت، ٹیسٹ میں کامیابی یا میرٹ لسٹ میں شامل ہونا کسی بھی امیدوار کے لیے حتمی اہلیت یا اسکالرشپ کے حق کا ثبوت نہیں ہوگا۔

Project Management Unit Balochistan Education Support Program (PMU-BESP) School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, under the GRADES-Balochistan Project, successfully organized a Consultative Workshop on the Finalization of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Framework for Underperforming and Community-Based Schools.

The workshop brought together senior officials from the School Education Department, representatives of the PPP Node, private education sector experts, and development partners to review and finalize key components of the PPP Framework, including the PPP Grant Manual, School Selection Criteria, Minimum Standards for Schools, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Education Service Providers (ESPs).

Through constructive dialogue and stakeholder engagement, the proposed framework and supporting documents were endorsed, incorporating valuable recommendations to strengthen implementation, monitoring mechanisms, community participation, and sustainability. The finalized framework represents a significant milestone in advancing education reforms and improving access to quality learning opportunities for children across Balochistan.

A progress review meeting of the Project Management Unit (PMU), Balochistan Education Support Program (BESP), was held under the chairmanship of Secretary School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, Mr. Lal Jan Jaffar. The meeting was also attended by Chief Planning Officer, School Education Department, Mr. Abdul Khaliq Achakzai.

Project Director Pmu-BESP, Mr. Hafiz Muhammad Qasim, hosted the meeting along with the senior management team of PMU-BESP. Senior Economist of the World Bank, Ms. Inga Afanasieva , and her team joined the session virtually.

The meeting reviewed the progress of key interventions being implemented under the GRADES-B Project. Detailed discussions were held on the School Transport Program, Early Childhood Education (ECE), ITA, and Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM). The participants also deliberated on the integration of modern tools and technologies in education, as well as Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes across the province.

Environmental and Social Safeguards in schools under the GRADES Pakistan Project were also discussed, with a focus on ensuring safe, inclusive, and sustainable learning environments.

A key agenda of the meeting was the future roadmap for education in Balochistan, with stakeholders reviewing progress, identifying challenges, and exploring strategic interventions to strengthen the education sector. The session reaffirmed the commitment of the Government of Balochistan and development partners towards delivering quality education and sustainable reforms throughout the
