National Resources (Private) Limited (NRL) is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Trainee Geologists. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0-3 years’ experience) eager to build a career in mineral exploration, mining, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in geological mapping and section interpretation, digital logging of DDH drillings, geochemical and spectrometry sampling of different substrates (rocks, soil, drillings)
Ensuring QA/QC geochemical sampling protocols of rocks, soils and alluvial sediments
Supporting and participating in the interpretation of mapping, logging and sampling results
Maintaining accurate geological records and reports
Collaborating with senior geologists on ongoing projects

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology / Geology Engineering or a related field
• Willingness to travel and work in field locations in Balochistan
• Good analytical and communication skills

Expected Gross Salary per Month: PKR150,000/-
Rota Policy: 28 days on site, 14 days rotational leave (2:1)
