أَعوذُ بِاللّهِ العَظِيـمِ، وَبِوَجْهِـهِ الكَرِيـمِ وَسُلْطـَانِه القَدِيـمِ، مِنَ الشَّيْـطَانِ الرَّجِـيمِ، [ بِسْـمِ اللّهِ وَالصَّلَاةُ ] [وَالسَّلامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللّهِ]، اَللَّهُـمَّ افْتَـحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتـِكَ.
aAAoothu billahil-AAatheem wabiwajhihil-kareem wasultanihil-qadeem minash-shaytanir-rajeem, [bismil-lah, wassalatu] [wassalamu AAala rasoolil-lah] , allahumma iftah lee abwaba rahmatik.
I take refuge with Allah, The Supreme and with His Noble Face, and His eternal authority from the accursed devil. In the name of Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open the gates of Your mercy for me..

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
The believer is never satisfied from learning good until he arrives in Paradise.

الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
The One To Whom Belongs The Kingdom Of The Heavens And Earth. And Allah Is A Witness Over All Things. (Al-buruj 85, 9)

Dua in the time of Calamity
اللَّهُمَّ أَجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي، وأَخْلِفْ لي خَيْراً مِنْهَا
Allahumma Ajirni Fi Musibati Wa Akhlif li Khairan Minha
O Allah! Compensate me for my calamity, recompense my loss with something better
[Muslim]

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1631, Grade: Sahih

وَاللّٰهُ اَنۡزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَاَحۡيَا بِهِ الۡاَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَاؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّقَوۡمٍ يَّسۡمَعُوۡنَ‏ ﴿16:65﴾
And Allah Sends Down Rain From The Sky, Giving Life To The Earth After Its Death. Surely In This Is A Sign For Those Who Listen
(Al-nahl 16,65)
