In June 2023, CapitaLand Investment (CLI) and NTUC LearningHub came together with a shared goal to drive workforce development and industry transformation.

Three years on, with CLI as the SkillsFuture Queen Bee for the retail sector, the partnership has delivered meaningful outcomes across the ecosystem:

🔹94% satisfaction and recommendation rate signalling a strong mandate for such tailored learning programmes

Beyond the numbers, what stands out is how we have translated commitment into action. Through curated training programmes, workshops, masterclasses, seminars, job fairs and learning journeys, we have empowered businesses to embrace innovation and enabled individuals to seize new opportunities.
