Dear Players and Parents,

We always strive to provide opportunities for upcoming and talented players whenever possible. However, there are occasions when we are required to decline an entry due to FIDE regulations, federation requirements, rating restrictions or other eligibility criteria. These decisions are never personal and are made solely to ensure compliance with the rules governing the event.

We sincerely hope that all players and parents understand these situations and the challenges involved in organizing norm tournaments and international events.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us and contributed to the success of our events. Special thanks to Mr. Kavin Goh and the Singapore Chess Federation, the President of the Myanmar Chess Federation, leading organizers from AICF India, the Malaysia Chess Federation and its organizers, the Thailand Chess Federation and organizers, coaches from Uzbekistan, coaches from the USA, and many other coaches, organizers, arbiters, and officials from various federations around the world.

Many people have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make these events possible. Their support, guidance, and efforts are deeply appreciated.
