As the school year comes to a close, we gather for one of our favourite traditions: waving goodbye to the buses carrying our students into their summer adventures. Farewell and see you back on campus soon, CIS!
The recent PYP Exhibition showcased the very best of student-led inquiry and learning. Students collaborated, researched, and presented on meaningful global issues connected to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including fast fashion, emergency crisis management, and human rights. Their thoughtful investigations reflected both depth of understanding and a genuine desire to create positive change. Hear directly from our students as they share their passion projects and learning experiences.

Before the end of the school term, our Kindergarten students are taking sustainability beyond the classroom as part of a recycling project.
They wrote to Dr. Weston to request the installation of a recycling bin in the TT Building. This week, they presented their ideas and shared the importance of reducing waste and increasing recycling within our school community.
It's inspiring to see our youngest learners using their voices to create positive change.

Take a look at some more highlights from our Grade 6 Moving Up Ceremony.
As students prepare to begin the next chapter of their learning journey, we are proud of all they have accomplished during their Primary School years and grateful for the many memories they have created along the way.
We wish our Grade 6 students every success as they transition into the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).

Meet our Grade 5 Vice Principal for the Day, Shiloh.C.
As part of the Grade 5 How We Organise Ourselves unit on government, students campaigned for leadership roles and were elected by their peers. After a school-wide selection process, Shiloh was chosen to serve as Vice Principal for the Day.
Her campaign included ideas such as longer recess, free seating at lunch, more sports and music classes, and even an ice cream machine on campus! For the day, she joined Primary Vice Principal Mr Doug Sherrill and experienced school leadership in action.
Well done, Shiloh! We loved having you on the leadership team for the day!

Our Scholarship Ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate students who have distinguished themselves in academics, athletics, the performing arts and all-round contribution to the CIS community.
These scholarships recognise the hard work, commitment and contributions of our recipients, both inside and outside the classroom.
Congratulations to all of our 2026 Scholarship recipients on this well-deserved achievement.
