In our small-group ,mixed-age class, children learn so much from one another through everyday moments of play and connection in an unhurried rhythm.

Today, we witnessed a lovely moment as an older girl proudly read a book to a younger child, who was deeply engaged and delighted by her. Moments like these show how children build confidence, empathy, and connection through everyday interactions.

In the sandpit, the children stepped into imaginative role play. Some became chefs, carefully preparing and serving, while others happily took on the role of customers.Through this kind of open-ended play, children are not only having fun, but also developing communication, social skills, creativity, and the ability to work together.

It is always so special to see how a thoughtfully prepared environment invites children to express themselves, build relationships, and make sense of the world through play.
