Lianhua Primary (LHPS) was first established as a Chinese clan school in 1946 by a group of Chinese philanthropists who valued the importance of education for children. At the recently concluded PAPAGO Badminton Carnival, our students delivered excellent performances across multiple categories.
Shi Yifei (4I1) achieved a 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥 in the 11 & Under Boys’ Doubles and a 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥 in the 11 & Under Parent-Child Doubles events.
Shi Yixin (2R3) secured a 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥 in the 9 & Under Girls’ Singles Recreational event.

Lance Benedict Chan (6R5) and Jecelyn Tan (6R3) were awarded the 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 for exemplifying the Olympic values of Friendship, Excellence, and Respect throughout the matches.
In addition, our Junior Boys Basketball Team emerged as 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 in the 3v3 Junior Division Tournament organised by West View Primary School.

🎨🌟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 – 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐑𝐓-𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 🌟🎨
Our Art Club students participated in the Chingay 2026 National Education Programme, Sparkle ART-Venture, where they co-created Gallop of Dreams under the guidance of Paper Carpenter and their Art Club teachers.
Through this meaningful experience, students explored upcycling and collaborative art-making while developing creativity, communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
They also showcased their installation to the public at the F1 Pit Building on 27 and 28 February, building confidence in public speaking and sharing their learning journey.
A memorable highlight was meeting 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝘄𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗴
and 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗺𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺, where students proudly introduced their artwork and shared their experiences.
