BRIGHT JUNIOR ACADEMY PREFECTORIAL ELECTIONS 2026/2027

We are delighted to announce that we have started the election process with application letters received this week from the contestants.

The Prefectorial Elections for the 2026/2027 Academic Year is going to be in style.

Election Schedule:
1. Monday, 22nd June 2026:
Vetting & Interviews by the Electoral Committee will be conducted from 8 am to 4 pm.

2. Thursday, 25th June 2026:
General Campaign Day— Candidates to present their manifestos to pupils

3. Friday, 26th June 2026: Elections & Announcement of Results— Pupils will vote, and the new student leaders will be announced.

This process will be guided by transparency, integrity and equal opportunity for all candidates.

Important note to pupils:
Prefectship is not about popularity. It’s about leadership, service, responsibility & character. We encourage all candidates to campaign with respect and all voters to choose leaders with vision.

On 15th June 2026, our Nursery pupils posed with the Light Examination Quiz Trophy won by our academic elites.

It symbolizes that we are building a mindset for early determination, dedication & hard Work.
We’re teaching them to lift the trophy with pride today, so they learn to lift big dreams tomorrow.

Teaching is a Passion - Meet Ustaz Emmanuel Baichieng

Ustaz Emmanuel Baichieng completed his secondary education at Greenbelt Academy last year, 2025.

Today he stands tall as a dedicated, hardworking and determined teacher at Bright Junior Academy.

In his words:
“Teaching is a passion that burns in anyone who understands the value of education they received. I still remember the time my teachers devoted to us, the sleepless nights they spent preparing notes. That sacrifice inspired me. I did not choose this field as a temporary stop, but to leave an indelible legacy in this field of education. I am a good learner who adapts like a chameleon to any environment, he said.

Majhok Martial is Becoming a Hero for Shining Stars

Majhok Martial etched his name in history yesterday after scoring the winning goal for Shining Stars against Juba Integrated Nursery & Primary School.

He has scored almost in all the friendly matches he played.

Yesterday, he headed the ball into the back of the net, it activated pure excitement across the pitch and brought overwhelming jubilation to all Bright Junior Academy pupils, teachers and supporters.

Majhok’s composure, teamwork and never-give-up spirit embodied the Bright Junior Academy values: Discipline, Determination and Excellence.
