It’s one of the most common things I see online.
The first thing people start searching for is:
• Data entry jobs
• Admin roles
• Virtual assistant work
• Teaching English online
• Customer service roles
• Remote corporate jobs
And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
But notice where our minds automatically go...
Finding someone to hire us.
I had done the same thing before doing this.
I never considered that creating income that I could own could be an option.
Not because entrepreneurship wasn’t available.
Because it wasn’t on my radar.
We’re taught to look for opportunities.
Not create them.
The reality is that thousands of people are competing for the same remote jobs because they’re chasing flexibility, freedom and the ability to work from anywhere.
Meanwhile, entrepreneurs are focused on something different.
Learning skills.
Creating value.
Solving problems.
Finding people who already want what they offer.
And through that they find, financial freedom, location freedom and time to do whatever they choose.
The goal right now isn’t necessarily to quit your job.
The goal is to create options.
And in today’s world, there are more ways than ever to do that.
The question isn’t:
“Can I work online?”
The question is:
“Am I willing to learn the skills required to create income online?”
That’s the question that changed everything for me. Because its not an easy road, but definitely a worth while one.
What do you think is the biggest obstacle stopping people from creating income online?
