Children will explore Alaska animals and investigate the unique texture and properties of oobleck through hands-on sensory play.

Families enjoyed a Story Walk, hands-on activities, and opportunities to learn, play, and connect together. Partnerships like these help us reach more families and create meaningful early learning experiences throughout our community.

☀️ As we wrap up our first week of free summer fun, here’s are simple activities to try at home!

With sidewalk chalk, water, and a little imagination, the learning possibilities are endless. Try a chalk treasure hunt, create a family mural, trace shadows, or paint with water.

We loved seeing families connect, explore, create, and learn together at our summer events this week. Thank you for making our first week such a success!

What a wonderful start to our Play to Learn summer season! More than 50 children joined us at Chanshtnu Park today for rock painting, exploring, and play.

We loved seeing families connect, create, and enjoy time together outdoors. Thank you for making our first summer park event such a success!
