PES Golden PEARLS

We are so thankful for the overwhelming interest in Golden PEARLS this year! We have received an abundance of applications from so many incredible young ladies.

Please know that each application will be carefully reviewed as we make our final decisions. While we wish we could accept everyone, we currently only have 11 spots available for the upcoming year.

We had our last meeting on Friday, and it was pretty fun! We surprised the girls with a paint party! Ms. Katie Callan prepped canvases and led the girls in the cutest paint project with the perfect touch of Golden PEARLS on their finished project!
It’s been a great and productive year with these girlies!

If you are an uprising 4th or 5th grade girl interested in being a part of the Golden PEARLS next school year applications are placed outside of Mrs. Hathcock’s classroom door in the pink basket on the wall. Please read, fill out the form, and return by May 15th, no exceptions. We only have 11 spots open.

*We meet the first Friday of each month, so please keep that in mind if you are in other clubs or plan to join other clubs that meet on Friday’s.

*If you are already a Golden PEARL member you do NOT need to reapply.

Friday is the last day to send in those gently used/new books for our book drive!

We are off to a slow start with our book drive! Go through all those old books and send them in instead of letting them collect dust and space! Give the gift of reading to a child!

Today kicks off our gently used/new book drive! We will collect gently new and used books until next Friday up in the front lobby. Put them in your Hosue basket! Our hope is to send every student home with a new to them book and distribute books into the community!

At our last meeting we had our 3rd annual “Sleep Under”! We made lipgloss, pillow cases, ate junk food, and shared some funny secrets! Always a blast!

Go through all those gently used kids books and send them in!

When we return from spring break our Golden PEARLS will host a gently used/new book drive! Our goal is to send a kid home with at least one “new to them” book for the summer and fill the little free libraries around town! See details below!
