Some of you are just beginning your journey.

No matter where you are in your journey, I want you to know something:

I see your hard work.

I see the effort you put in when no one is watching.

I see the determination it takes to walk into class and try again after a difficult day.

I see the courage it takes to accept corrections, work through challenges, and keep moving forward.

Growth doesn't happen overnight.

Confidence doesn't appear all at once.

Both are built one class, one correction, and one step at a time.

Keep showing up.

Most importantly, keep believing in yourself.

The quiet hours.

The late nights.

The rewrites.

The second-guessing.

The moments spent staring at a screen wondering if the words were good enough.

For many months, I have been working on something that has stretched me far beyond my comfort zone.

Some of my favorite writing sessions happened right here on the couch with Coco Bean curled up beside me.

I'm not quite ready to share everything yet...

But I am getting close.

Before I was a teacher, I was a student.

Before I was correcting dancers, I was the dancer receiving corrections.

Before I had confidence, I had doubts too.

I know what it feels like to work hard and wonder if you're improving.

I know what it feels like to compare yourself to others.

I know what it feels like to struggle, make mistakes, and question whether you're good enough.

If there is one lesson I wish every dancer understood, it would be this:

Growth does not happen because you are perfect.

Growth happens because you keep showing up.

Some days will feel amazing.

Some days will feel frustrating.

Some days you will wonder if you are improving at all.

Keep showing up anyway.

The dancers who continue growing are rarely the ones who never struggle.

They are the ones who refuse to quit.

Thank you to for welcoming me back to your Summer Intensive this week.

It was a joy spending time with these dedicated dancers on Tuesday and Thursday and watching them challenge themselves, apply corrections, and continue striving for growth.

One of my favorite things as a teacher is seeing dancers step outside their comfort zones and discover they are capable of more than they thought possible.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your summer training. I am excited to see where your hard work and dedication take you.

Four years ago, I took a leap of faith and started ReneePauley4Ballet.

What began as a dream to help dancers grow in confidence, technique, and purpose has become one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of working with incredible dancers, studios, families, and teachers who have trusted me to be part of their journey.

Every correction, every breakthrough, every challenge, and every success has reminded me why I love what I do.
