Let me tell you something—going green today isn’t just about the holiday… it’s about your health too.
Those green fruits and veggies? 🥬 They are doing the most for your body. We’re talking fiber to keep things moving, nutrients to boost your energy, and support for your heart and overall wellness.
And listen, it doesn’t have to be complicated. Add some spinach to your eggs, grab a green apple for a snack, throw some cucumbers or avocado on your plate… simple shifts, real results.
This is your reminder that small, consistent choices add up. 💚
So while you’re celebrating today, go ahead and show your body some love too.
Feeling overwhelmedve must-do’s for weight loss especially bariatric-friendly shopping:
Start with a Plan – Never hit the store hungry or without a list! A plan = less temptation. And stick to the list, don’t get blown away by great deals and steals on things that aren’t on your list.
Protein First – Fill your cart with lean meats, seafood, eggs, Greek yogurt, and protein-packed snacks. Protein is the key to staying satisfied, and protecting your muscle. Your body (and pouch) will thank you!
Whole Foods Over Processed – Stick to the outer aisles where fresh produce, dairy, and meats live. The inner aisles? That’s where regain likes to hang out. 😉

Hydration Matters – Sugar-free electrolytes, herbal teas, and infused water keep you sipping smart.

Read Those Labels! – Sneaky sugars and carbs love to hide. Check those ingredients and watch out for anything ending in “-ose” (glucose, fructose, dextrose, etc.).
Your cart should reflect the version of YOU that you’re working toward! Fill it with foods that support your goals, not sabotage them.

It’s your reminder that it’s time to shift.
