SANKOFA SONG is an inspirational, informational, interactive experience that blends Music, Images, Oratorio and Community Singing to refresh and ignite hope and optimism, while focusing intently on an organized response to the emerging threats to our democracy.

Join Warren B. Cooper for Sankofa Encore: A New Negro Spirit for the I.C.E. Age, an inspiring exploration of the enduring power of Negro spirituals, Black sacred music, and cultural memory. Drawing from history, faith, and artistic expression, this event invites participants to rediscover how the spiritual legacy of our ancestors continues to offer guidance, resilience, and hope in a rapidly evolving world.

For those seeking to deepen their understanding beyond the event, JCSTS recommends two of our courses: The New Negro Spiritual Project and Sacred Song: The Theology and Practice of Hymnody. Explore the sacred music traditions while imploring oneself to engage deeply with the rich legacy of Negro spirituals and congregational song.

Come ready to listen, learn, reflect, and imagine what a new Negro spirit can sound like in the I.C.E. Age.

The Justice Walkers are more than footwear; they are a symbol of purpose, perseverance, and the belief that every path toward a better future starts with the courage to move forward.

Whether you’re walking through your neighborhood, attending community events, exploring historic sites, or simply going about your daily routine, Justice Walkers serve as a reminder that our actions matter. Each step can represent a commitment to learning, serving, advocating, and building stronger communities.

Inspired by generations that have started the path before us, Justice Walkers celebrate the ongoing pursuit of freedom, dignity, and human flourishing. They invite us to reflect on where we’ve been, consider where we’re going, and walk intentionally toward the world we hope to create.

Because justice is not a destination—it is a journey. And every journey deserves the right pair of shoes.

Take the next step. Walk with purpose. Walk with hope. Walk in Justice Walkers.

We're offering a special discount on Justice Walkers through Juneteenth (June 19)! ✊🏾👟🖤 - grab yours before the promotion ends. Click the link below!
