“Ana Figaro consistently goes above and beyond for her students. She creates a classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. Through innovative lesson planning, thoughtful differentiation, and a genuine care for each student, she makes learning both meaningful and engaging. She understands that teaching is about building relationships, fostering confidence, and helping students believe in themselves.” Join us in thanking Little River Elementary School Teacher of the Year Ana Figaro, a kindergarten teacher, as we celebrate National Teacher Appreciation Month! Our School Board is laser focused on ensuring our students learn more, grow more, and achieve more in our classrooms than they could anywhere else -- and our amazing 2,900 teachers make that success happen.
