It’s time to put yourself first and commit to a regular fitness routine that works with your schedule. Fitness Programs:
Yoga Classes
• Restorative yoga in my backyard
• Tuesdays & Fridays at 9:30AM
• Next 5-week session begins 4/19/22 - $50 (once a week), $100 twice a week
Pilates Classes
• Strengthen and stretch on the reformer in a small group setting
• 10 classes at I Heart Pilates Studio
Whatever I believe becomes true to me. We went to Rome on a mission and came home State Champions! The tournament scared the sh*t out of me and I loved it so much at the same time. Sports are the real deal at any age and I’m grateful to still be playing tennis with these girls.
