We welcome Mrs. Shailana Wall or "Mrs. Shy" to our GLOW family in 2026-2027 school year! She will be teaching our PreK pod!

Our PreK program is similar to a Mother's Day Out but for homeschooling families and those who plan to continue homeschooling into Kindergarten.

At GLOW, our Pre-K classroom uses Stepping Stones, a research-based early childhood curriculum designed to nurture young learners through play, discovery, and hands-on exploration.
Instead of worksheets and long seat work, children learn the way they were designed to learn — by moving, creating, asking questions, and exploring the world around them.

🌱 What makes Stepping Stones special?
• Play-Based Learning – Children build foundational skills through play, creativity, and imagination.
• Hands-On Discovery – Science experiments, sensory activities, and exploration spark curiosity.
• Early Literacy & Language – Stories, songs, phonics exposure, and conversations build strong communication skills.
• Math Foundations – Counting, patterns, shapes, and problem solving through games and activities.
• Social & Emotional Growth – Learning to share, take turns, express feelings, and build friendships.

At GLOW, we pair the Stepping Stones framework with a Christ-centered environment, helping children grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

At home suggestions: Early handwriting copywork for letters, numbers and writing their name.
Reading Eggs & Math Seeds App for early phonics and math skills.

The GLOW School is honored to partner with Wilson Hill Academy through FORMA and beyond, expanding the resources, opportunities, and support available to our homeschool families.

What does this mean for GLOW families?

📚 Teacher Training & Support
Our Kindergarten–2nd Grade teachers will participate in FORMA training through Wilson Hill Academy, equipping them with enhanced tools, strategies, and support in classical education, reading instruction, mathematics, and classroom best practices.

🎓 Future High School Opportunities
As students grow, families will have access to optional pathways through Wilson Hill Academy, including:
• Accredited online courses
• À la carte class options
• Full-time academic programs
• Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses
• College preparation and dual enrollment opportunities
• Accredited diploma and graduation pathways

🏡 Homeschool Families Remain in Control
As always, families have full flexibility. Whether you choose teacher-supported elementary learning, middle school enrichment, a single high school course, or a complete high school pathway, these opportunities are available but never required.

The GLOW School continues to operate as an independent homeschool hybrid, committed to supporting parents as the primary educators of their children.

We are excited about how this partnership will strengthen our program today while opening new doors for our students in the future.

🌿 Exciting new opportunity at The Glow School! 🌿

We’re thrilled to announce Spanish Sprouts: Bilingual Fitness & Education an outdoor Spanish enrichment class designed for students in grades K-6th!

Through movement, fitness, games, and outdoor exploration, students will build:
• Conversational Spanish vocabulary
• Confidence and communication skills
• Teamwork through fun challenges
• A love for learning in an active, engaging environment

Did you know?

The Glow School has a two-day hybrid program on Mondays and Wednesdays, and we’re still filling a few spots in our lower pods! PreK, 1st grade, and 2nd grade still have openings, so now is a great time to join our Glow family.

And the fun doesn’t stop there, our extracurricular activities include piano, PE, art, drama, Spanish, reading tutoring, choir, photography, and more! You don’t have to be apart of our hybrid school to join these classes!

Today we honor the fallen heroes who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is a powerful reminder to teach our children gratitude, courage, and the value of freedom. May we remember their sacrifice with thankful hearts and prayerful reflection.

Join us at The Glow School for a creative and inspiring year of art with Mrs. Lauren.
Starting August 19th, students will explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop artistic skills in a fun, faith-filled environment.

Delight-N-Art

✨ We’re so excited to announce our new PE teacher at The Glow School! ✨

You may recognize her, she’s also our upper pods science teacher! She brings tons of experience coaching and teaching children, and we know our students are going to love her in this new role too.
Her PE classes will be full of coordination skills, fun games, different sports, and plenty of movement and energy.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 1:00–2:00 PM and 2:00–3:00 PM.

We can’t wait for all the fun, learning, and active adventures ahead! 💛
