We started in a fat loss phase, monitoring hormones, energy and stress. Then moved into a really successful reverse, where she gained muscle and sat at a very healthy sustainable weight. We’re now 2 weeks into a cut, and I’m so excited to see this new physique we built!
The shift I’ve seen in her is beautiful. She’s confident, radiant and the strongest both physically and emotionally.
She works diligently, shows up every single day- even if it’s with 20% in her cup or 100%. In so proud of her and am SO STOKED for what’s to come.
