If you want love, joy, connection etc., you must also be willing to feel and hold the opposite. The biggest lesson I’m learning in my marriage is to stop pushing away the emotions that feel uncomfortable, and actually embrace them…bc when I do, I expand my capacity to hold the bigness of the love I actually desire. ❤️🔥
Hunger for Truth is a deeply er0t!c experience…to FEEL ALL the of emotions that come up (especially when we confront a hard Truth) — w/o pushing them away, minimizing them, avoiding them — is truly sensational 💥 WTF did we come here for if not to feel and experience it all?! If not to know the Truth about our greatness (by way of seeing all the illusions we’ve kept ourselves stuck & suffering inside of)?! If not to Re-member that we ARE LOVE?!❤️
Humble musings: my inner peace doesn’t come from outside of me. That’s an inside job between me and me/me and God. When i release my husband from that covert contract (needing to be the source of my peace), i reclaim my True Power and resolve the pattern single handedly (inside of myself). P**f 💨 painful pattern: gone ✅ and what do ya know? Plenty of energy to actually give/receive the love and connection I deeply desire. ❤️
