We are excited to share that our last panelist at the event "The Future of Food" is Anastasia Trofimova.

Anastasia is the CEO and co-founder of Stockholm-based female-founded impact foodtech startup YOUR BEET - on a mission to make it convenient and safe for millions of people worldwide to transition to healthy and climate-friendly food.

Prior to launching the startup, Anastasia worked as a strategy consultant at BCG in Australia. After adopting a plant-based way of eating herself, Anastasia together with her co-founder recognized how few services there were available that helped simplify the transition to more plant-based foods for an average consumer. The pain points related to the transition were so globally universal - e.g. not knowing where to start or fear of missing certain nutrients, like protein, on a plant-based diet. Anastasia is currently working on building that service that will accelerate the global transition to more healthy and climate-friendly foods by simplifying consumers' everyday life.

Johan Jörgensen is the founder of Sweden FoodTech and as such he coaches nations, cities, big corps and entrepreneurs regarding strategic business-building in the rapidly transforming food sector. If there ever was a foodtech nerd, Johan is the one. Often called Mr. Foodtech, he started his career at the beginning of the 90’s in the tech sector but has focused on foodtech since 2011.
