Dieting doesn’t have to be miserable and boring, but many seem to be confused on what foods to eat

I put together a guide for you that lays out all protein options including some supplements, comment “CUT” below and I’ll send over to you 📲

When you’re cutting, you’ll want to be aiming for lower calorie, high volume foods that will keep you full and allow you to hit your goals

On the opposite end, when you’re bulking you’ll want higher calorie options that are low in volume so you can hit that higher calorie goal!

Ps : No matter what you eat, you will drop weight in a calorie deficit, and you’ll put on weight in a calorie surplus, though you should try to have clean foods in both phases 💪🏼

Here’s a few tips☀️ :

First off, ENJOY YOUR TIME.
Trips are for relaxing, enjoying your time, and being around people you care about.

So don’t stress yourself out by not staying on point. Your progress won’t go away, I promise 🤞🏼

IF you want to try to stay steady:

* Use intermittent fasting to save calories for later in the night

* Fill up on protein early on to make room for the carbs and sugary drinks

* Enjoy yourself and don’t let tracking meals or worrying about calories be a priority

* Focus on hydration

* Walk and move as much as you can

* Understand that there more than likely won’t be massive PR’s in the gym or even a quality workout. Just get in there to move, get the blood flowing, and get back to the pool 🤙🏼

RECOMPOSITION :

I think it’s safe to say is the pure example of this definition. Through ex*****on, consistency throughout, and giving each day his all, these last 8 months changed everything inside and out.

This is the reason I love what I do - yet another client validating that the whole process WILL work…

Can you spot the differences? The left side has a few things in common

1) PROTEIN : each meal has a good portion of protein, and meal one starts the day off right with protein and healthy fats

(I made guide that has all the protein sources you can find PLUS 3rd party tested/approved supplements,

2) All the meals are well balanced : on the right, that version is skipping breakfast, being “good” by having just a salad, and straight carbs for dinner

Not what you want to be going for when it comes to building muscle, strength, and shaping you’re body

There’s so little consumption of this nutrient in our standard diet that it’s becoming a huge problem and causing many repercussions
