We had the opportunity to work in 2024 Hunter College with Gabrielle Santo, then a senior at Hunter College aka π€ as our intern with Hispanic Culture Arts, in her last day, she led the class in one of her Spotify releases, with movement and dance. Sheβs seen her in action with students of PS347 School for the Deaf in NYC. Grateful for her artistry and empathy with our student!

-We assist all partner schools with the application process, providing program description and curriculum goals to support the application.
Final Student Assembly at the Multi Cultural Fair at PS110 in Queens!
Our arts residency βEl Patio de mi Casaβ led the 4th grade students of PS110Q in an exploration of dances and songs from π©π΄Dominican Republic, π¨π΄Colombia and πͺπΈSpain.
Using percussion instruments, dance and song as storytelling, students found that their own backyards connect from their families, to across Latin America and Spain, via, food, language and rhythms.
The cultural fair on May 4 was standing room only, bringing in family members and the whole school community to enjoy the students accomplishments.

Happy Dominican Heritage Month! We are thrilled to unveil our own and original school curriculum for NYC area schools π½ that celebrates folkloric music and dance from π©π΄. Thanks to an Arts Partnership Grant from the Office of Arts and Special Projects π PS396 and join in a series of workshops, starting with for 1st grade with βοΈwith our outstanding faculty, dancer and percussionist πͺ , both led this outstanding arts education curriculum. We enjoyed the full support of both the music and visual arts teacher at PS396X with instruments, and the construction of the Guloya festival hats by the 1st graders themselves.
