hung out to show us some modified poses PLUS fill us in on the incredible event next weekend at 🧘🏼‍♀️ Over the last 11 years the event has raised over $3M for to continue helping kids. Registration is open they next Thursday!

My theme for classes last week was about Chaos and Order. Often chaos and order is viewed as a spectrum like good and evil. When In reality chaos and order is a circle with your consciousness standing in the middle. As your awareness shifts as it always will, chaos becomes order and vise versa. When we experience too much chaos our consciousness sets of warning signals ie anxiety/stress/pain to get our attention to create more order. When we experience too much order we again experience warning signals of laziness/apathy/lethargy which in turn gets our attention to create more chaos. The challenge is only when we spend too much time fixated on one of the other. Last night was a legendary night in our home. I saw every hour from 10 until our 4:00am wake up. In these moments of chaos every alarm system is going off. But the day will inevitably come that I no longer see every hour of the night and the night won’t be full of little hands and running noses. And when that day comes I’ll inevitably crave chaos as I experience the order. So now I try to the best of my ability with the best teammate I could have to be in the chaos and try to softly shift back to order.
Also one day these little ruckus machines turn 13 and I’ll be able wake them up at 4am and ask for chocolate milk.
