Mommas!! Strong self-compassion can set the stage for better health, relationships, and general well-being. Lower levels of anxiety and depression have been observed in people with higher self-compassion. Self-compassionate people recognize when they are suffering and are kind to themselves at these times, thereby lowering their own levels of related anxiety and depression. Let’s love ourself first! They need it more than we know it!

I’m super late yal but... PRAISE REPORT FOR MADELYN! Last weekend she placed 2nd again in both of her heats and improved her time in her 100m!!! Super proud of my girl!!!
