What is your big bold vision?

Remembering who I am....
I recall a late night/early morning (3/4am) adventure with my homie just riding around Philly listening to music. We got to south Philly and were playing 🎵 Frank Sinatra -My Way, while following traffic behind an old man on a bicycle. As the song played we imagined it was his soundtrack to his life I began to daydream about all the things in life that has occurred to get me to this point. Justin and I had embarked on a business partnership the year prior where he entrusted me to help manage, advise, and overlook him and his career and negotiate deals on his behalf for large entities/corporations including Childish Gambino-Feels Like Summer Video, Google, Netflix, Will Smith, Trey Songz among other artists.
The position wasn't for the faint at heart and pushed me in ways I never thought imaginable...I left being a paralegal for 10 year to try something new....then I left this journey to focus on growing and healing and integrating my energy healing practices...advancing in that realm as a Reiki Master Teacher under 3 systems and integrating all I learned to be of service to myself, my family and the community....all the while developing and channeling excess energy into my creative works photography, jewelry making, graphic design and clothing design...the pandemic hit and was called to hold space in my own unique way...offering up my passion for exploration and creativity and expression...I spearheaded and facilitated a few projects...Meesh Day Crystal Dig where on my Birthday I planned organized and lead a crystal dig for my folx where I took them out to the river to dig for crystals the Meesh way. 2ndly I organized and led a mobile art installation entitled "We Are What We've Been Waiting For, What Do You Need?"...where we went out into the black community with a huge board asking what they needed. The project was a success and led to another project which answered the call that many left on the board...saying that they needed"Healing"... to which I organized and led an interactive online healing container for folx to heal from the stress of life and the pandemic entitled "Self Care Sundays" where participants were lead through exercises for their mind, body and spirit facilitated by dope healers I've connected with during my journey including a DJ, Reiki Masters, An Afro futurist Psycho Therapist, and Massage Therapist...the event was a success and I still recieve inquiries about it....however who knows where the wind will blow me and what I will get into next. I plan on using all accumulated skills and talents to be of service in my own unique way.
Reflecting, I can honestly say I amaze myself...the journey has not been easy and has never been one straight line...it's been many curvy foggy roads laced with unpredictables storms and adversities...but I am grateful for the curiosity, strength and courage to put myself out there even if I haven't done it before...whenever my time comes to leave this earth. I will delight in the fact that regardless of what has occurred in life. I did things my way.
