North Carolina Teacher Cadet Alumni

Tenth grader, *Morgan, is on a strict dietary plan due to a medical condition. Her single-parent mom has been out of work due to a broken ankle, and bills are behind. Mom receives food and nutrition services, but WIC will not cover a specific milk ($6 per gallon) Morgan needs for her diet. Mom should be able to return to work in a month or so. Until then, the Foundation is providing for the special dietary milk so Morgan can stay healthy, strong, and be her best in school.
