I was helping a struggling reader the other day. Turns out that he really only needs some tweaks and he'll be on his way. It really is easy to get kids reading. This kid is having trouble with first grade six but in upper elementary school. But having someone like me to pinpoint the problem saves time and heart ache.
As the end of the school year looms before us, many parents are still wondering how to catch their child up in reading.
