Took a self portrait for my photography account. Thought I’d show my face over here and update that I’m back to using Instagram after a detox 🙌🏼 I can get on once or twice a day and not constantly wonder if I should post about every moment I experience 🤦🏼‍♀️ But I’m working on building a photography client base and that’s hard to do with no website AND no social media.

This is exactly how I feel when I’m on social media these days. I’m tapping out for a bit ✌🏼because I can’t EVEN with the stuff some of y’all are posting 😂🥴 I like to keep my conversations (and judgmental thoughts) between myself and people I talk to in real life. I will miss the memes though. Text me. Call me. Find me on Marco Polo. I’d love to talk about Jesus, abortion, p**n, taxes, guns, cats, plants, big pharma, bread, jammy eggs, kids in church, birth, mushrooms, thrifting, breastfeeding, goats, sun exposure, homeschooling, and much much more! I haven’t done a “let your kids surprise you” reminder in awhile. Don’t set them up to fail but don’t be afraid to try things that challenge them. Like being still and quiet and keeping their hands to themselves through a four-story art museum. It was free, so we tried. And we made memories and were inspired and know more about each other than we did this morning. I call that a win.
