Today, September 17, 2025 we celebrate the 237th birthday of the creation and signing of the United States Constitution. Let us reflect on its history and what it means to us as the fundamental law of our land. The Federalist Papers are considered to have legal authority as to the Original Intent of the constitution and were published for the purpose of clarifying the intentions of the new proposed Constitution. It makes clear that Congress has no authority to substitute their personal will over the will of the people of the several States which they represent. Adhering to the Constitution was the intent of the founding fathers. Our founders believed that we needed to limit the scope of power in Washington. At this time the federal government’s authority over the citizens of each state was virtually nonexistent. Our States were composed of free people ruled by local self-government. Originally American Citizenship came from our State Citizenship.

It is clear that our founding fathers would never consider a legislative act that was contrary to the Constitution as valid. Alexander Hamilton, one of our founders, tells us in The Federalist Papers, #78: “….No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; that men acting by virtue of powers, may do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid.” We clearly see that any and all legislation that is contrary to the constitution is forbidden and void. What does void mean? From Merriam-Webster Dictionary: of no legal force or effect. So what is this telling us? If the representatives of the people become higher than the people and substitute their own wills instead of the will of the people then they have in fact and in law violated the constitution and their acts are void.

Can anyone think of times in our current or past history where this has happened and/or is still happening? We can hear the astounding roar of YES!! Americans are scrambling to get their country back. Washington has total and complete control and it is time to think outside the box and for the people to take it back. There are those who feel that this is where America is. At the point that God has hidden His face from her, and will not hear. Why? It is the iniquity (sin) of the people that separates them from God; this is why he refuses to listen to their prayers. In a hurry to do evil things, America is bringing ruin to others and are constantly traveling down evil paths. As a result they know no peace.

Truth doesn't rely on popularity in order to define itself. It remains the truth regardless of how many latch on to it or take up its banner. The word "remedy" in our name simply speaks to a logically derived remedy of law. This "remedy" is the repair which is required in order to set right or "cure" a fundamental violation. When the Constitution was violated in such a way that the document itself became viewed as altered, this created a platform where governments and future laws could be built upon that alteration. These governments and future laws are then no longer viewed as violations of the document, because it is now commonly accepted that the document itself was changed to accommodate those governments and laws, even though the original change itself was in violation.

Our work at America's Remedy is a work of education, firstly to reveal historical violations of our original Constitution which are not being taught in mainstream education. Secondly, we work to uncover the remedy in law which, through a plan we refer to as "Original Nullification", would altogether cure original violations of our Constitution. It is clearly apparent to us here at America's Remedy that in today's application, these violations fundamentally altered our form of government by creating new states of a national origin and allegiance, radically changing the basis of citizenship from state to national, and setting upon us an entirely top-down system of national government.

It is said that unconstitutional acts are not laws and that they create no office. The fact remains that we owe no allegiance to any law which violates the Constitution or any government which is born from that violation. The remedy to what ails America is available to us. It is here, waiting on the people to take it up.
