Hey there!!! So I got motivated to refine my diet recently and have been sticking pretty close to 'the cleanse' as my normal way of eating. In addition, I also removed all soy and corn, and I feel fantastic! Plant based, organic, very few processed foods is where it's at!
I'm feeling inspired to organize a monthly potluck pop up here in Asheville to create a platform for support. Support is the key. If would be beautiful to see a monthly meet up in Chatlottte!!!!

The super awesome extra bonus part of the story is that back in the past when I did consecutive cleanses and got to experience what my 'machine' felt like when run on its optimal 'fuel' I was still smoking ci******es. (I've been free of ni****ne for almost 2 years now) So eating so clean like this feels extra extra extra good now that my filter is cleaned out. This is next level! YES!
