When God is called into the courtroom of life and boldly declares, “Watch Me work!” — what happens next?
I’ve launched the December "Awakening Series," and this first lesson dives into Isaiah 43 and the world of Second Isaiah. These chapters were written to a weary, displaced people on the edge of breakthrough… and we’re living in a tension that mirrors their moment. We may find ourselves questioning God’s presence, God’s power, and God’s promises in a world that feels overwhelming and chaotic. Many of us have placed God “on trial,” and some without even realizing it.
But here’s the prophetic truth: God is preparing to reveal Herself in power and to prove His people strong and victorious.
The Divine is still God, and God’s people are still overcomers.
If your spirit has been stirring… you’re not imagining it. This is an Awakening.

💖 A Breath of Courage 💖
Some days invite us to slow down, breathe deep, and remember the truth that our bodies are masterpieces of resilience, and our spirits were made to shine. 💕
When life feels heavy, may this breath remind you that strength still lives within you,
and grace still finds its way through. 🌸
✨Inhale — "My body carries the story of resilience."
✨Exhale — "My spirit glows with courage and grace."
Here’s to radiance wrapped in pink, hope that keeps rising, and the beauty of courage that never stops blooming. 🌸

💖 A Breath of Hope 💖
Sometimes you just need a moment to breathe…
A pause to remember how strong, radiant, and pink-powered you really are. 🌸
✨Inhale — "God, wrap me in hope."
✨Exhale — "I release fear and rise in pink strength."
Here’s to healing, hope, and a whole lot of courage (with a little pink sprinkles on top). 💕

Whether you’re walking through the valley yourself or praying for someone who is, may this breath become a reminder that healing and hope live right here, in this moment, in this inhale, in this sacred pause. 💕
Today’s breath prayer pairs with a grounding rhythm called box breathing—inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding again for four counts each. This slow pattern helps calm the body, quiet anxious thoughts, and open the heart to peace.
✨ Inhale – "God, hold me in Your arms."
✨ Hold – Rest in that sacred embrace.
✨ Exhale – "While I walk through this valley."
✨ Hold – Trust that you are not alone.
Repeat as often as you want and need.

💗 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and today my heart is centered in prayer. As I hold these pink prayer and meditation beads, I’m lifting up every survivor, every fighter, every thriver, and every soul we’ve lost far too soon.
I’m also honoring my best sister-friend, Chante', whose own journey and victory with pink gloves ignited a mission to support and uplift those impacted by cancer through The Kindled Life. Her strength, creativity, and compassion remind me daily what it means to live kindled—with purpose, light, and love that cannot be extinguished, even in the face of cancer.
May hope be unshakable, healing be complete, and love surround all who have been, and will be, impacted by this disease until we finally kick cancer's @$$! 💞

Sometimes kindness flows from love.
Other times, it’s shaped by anxiety — a quiet need to feel useful, accepted, or seen. Are we moving from fear or from fullness? From performance or from genuine empathy?
Whatever the motive, every act of good invites reflection.
Authentic expressions of empathy, humility, and recognition of contributions that often go unnoticed are sacred ingredients in the uplift of humanity, the spreading of love, and the building of true community. 💛
So pause, breathe, and let your goodness come from love and light.
