On Saturday, October 1st 2022, local afterschool providers will join together to WALK so children can SOAR. We invite you to join our 5K Walkathon to raise awareness to the need for high quality afterschool programs that provide youth with many activities to increase learning and experience innovative ideas . SOAR Walkathon will be held at the Overcash Center, CPCC Main Campus downtown on 1206 Elizabeth Ave, Charlotte NC. Join us for a time of fun, excitement, giveaways and much more.
You have 28 days to register and show your support for youth. Your support allows children to have safe places to go during the critical hours of 3 p.m to 6 p.m. Don't forget "if you walk, Children will Soar". See you on Oct.20th, registration 7a.m., walk starts 8 am,CPCC Main campus downtown Charlotte.
