Gabe's Heart Foundation, honors Gabe Jacobs (12) who passed away due to a heart defect. We host an an Our purpose was a birthed out of the service of Garbriel M.
Gabe's Heart Foundation is a 501 c3 Non profit organization. Annually, we host a 5k walk the fourth Saturday in September for heart awareness and anti-bullying. We raise funds for Doing it Gabe’s Way Random Acts of Kindness to provide Gas, Groceries, Food, Clothing, Sports assistance and so many creative acts of kindness. We do volunteer projects throughout the community and we honor "unsung heroe
