Our goal is to feed over 300 people, while providing hygiene kits, clothing, and other resources to help our Neighbors most in need!

We look forward to having our most impactful year yet!

Race 4 Achievment’s annual Race 4 Wanza 5K scheduled for 4/18/2026 has been cancelled.

Due to organizational changes and the race being less than 60 days away, we do not feel we can execute the event at the level of excellence our community, sponsors, and supporters deserve. Rather than move forward, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the race.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Gray family for their hard work, dedication, and leadership in coordinating this event not only over the past year, but throughout the last 10 years. Their commitment has played a significant role in the race’s impact and legacy.

We also want to acknowledge and thank the Sanders family for their continued love, support, and trust in allowing us to honor our beloved friend, Tywanza Sanders through this event. The scholarships funded through this race remain a meaningful tribute to his life and legacy. In the coming days, all vendors will be contacted and we will be reaching out to all sponsors and registered participants with information regarding refund options or the opportunity to have their registration funds donated directly to the scholarship fund.

We are incredibly grateful to our community for your ongoing support and understanding. We look forward to what the future holds and remain committed to the mission of serving the youth in our community. 💚
