Building Your Brand: Interview 101 Brings Real-World Experience to JWU Students

As part of the College of Hospitality and Business’s Building Your Brand Initiative, Interview 101 gave JWU students a real-world opportunity to put their skills to the test. More than 50 students participated in mock interviews with 20 representatives from top organizations across Charlotte — including several proud JWU alumni.

Students honed their interviewing techniques, practiced networking, and gained valuable insights to help them secure future internships and careers.

A special thank you to the Weddings & Ceremonies class for transforming the event with beautiful fall décor and handmade centerpieces, gifted to our alumni guests.

It was a win-win experience for everyone involved!

EE&CS Part-Time Job Fair - Looking for a Part-Time Job? EE&CS will host a Part-Time Job Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 17th from 12PM-230PM in the Gateway Village Promenade, located directly behind EE&CS and Starbucks. All students are encouraged to attend as this is a great opportunity to practice your networking skills. 35 employers are registered to attend and Study Abroad will also be attending to share information on the various programs available through their office.
