It’s simple listen, offer options and finish to close the sale.

The only way customers won’t take advantage of protective products is if they don’t know how they work. Take the time and learn what’s important to them, how they benefit and how their conscience and life style can be uninterrupted.
You can’t steer a parked car. Only you control your journey. Have a goal and set a course.
The whole purpose of the F&I office is to provide service in explaining the benefits of protective products for our customers.
It just makes sense to understand what features of the vehicle they find most impressive and build from there.
Don’t make it complicated, make it understandable. Less is more and fluff wastes time.
