The first European Forum of Environmental Human Rights Defenders was held in Strasbourg, bringing together hundreds of experts and activists to discuss concrete responses to environmental crises. 🌱

The Campaign for the Right to a Healthy Environment at the Council of Europe has promoted a debate on a possible legally binding framework to protect this fundamental right, involving the United Nations, the Council of Europe, and civil society.

We must continue to support the organisations involved, moving forward together towards a legally binding instrument to guarantee the right to a healthy environment! 🌿
