Another week in the books 🔥
This recomp journey is really just me staying consistent… that’s it.
Locked in on the basics:
• Nutrition tighter
• Hitting my protein daily
• Vitamins on point (digestive enzymes, probiotic, fiber, magnesium)
Training? Lifting heavier and not playing it safe anymore.
BCAA + creatine during my workouts—fueling while I train, not after.
Nothing fancy, just doing the work and stacking days.
